I loved working Torquil, he helped me in the middle of a housing crisis. He was very knowledgeable about the current trends and routines, principals and practices. He went way above and beyond when helping me find a house that fit my needs. He also explained every question with great patience and attention to details and he was ready at a moments notice to go look at properties. I was very lucky to work with him and really appreciated how attentive he was.

Torquil was always there in person or on the phone whenever I had questions or problems with my decision to sell our home and buy another in a more "country" location. He and his lovely wife JK did some of the most amazing things to ready my home and stage it so professionally!! They became very good friends over the time it took to sell the home. Torquil was so patient and knowledgeable during the whole "Covid" thing, as it was a difficult time to do anything at all, leastwise sell and buy a home! Torquil was a phenomenal agent! We used him both for finding a house and then selling the same house 10 years later. We went through a couple of agents that didn't listen to what we wanted and kept showing us houses that were way above our price range. We sold our house and moved to Washington. I can't say enough good about him. I can't stand how pushy some people can be and he was never like that.
