I was recommended Soren from my previous realtor and called him about a VA loan assumption. This is a rare circumstance and he and Toril took it on like professionals. I had a lot of moving parts with the assumption of my loan being contingent on the sale of my house and they led me down the right path. Even when i disagreed with their methods, i stuck with them and it turned out they were on point! Through all my questions and frustrations with the process, they kept a level head and were very gracious. My family and I will always appreciate what they were able to help is accomplish!

House was vacant) She knows real estate and had our home prepped and ready to close as quickly as possible before we received an offer.
