We have used Toril's team team to buy a house and to sell a house. Each professional is dedicated to either purchase or sales, which we really liked. Both teams were super responsive and did a great job answering all of our questions and being available when we needed them. Even after each transaction was complete we continued to receive prompt responses to our questions. I have used several different agents in the past I've always felt like I could have done the job myself, but with Toril's team we discovered the value in quality real estate agents.

We were first time home buyers, and because we were military, purchasing our home from overseas. Those two factors alone are major challenges, but when you add in the highly competitive housing market that we are in now, I am still in shock that we managed to do it. There is no question that the primary reason that we have a home now, in the area that we wanted, and for a fair price is because of Toril and her team. I am not sure if they truly understand how much all of their expertise and help meant us, but we are so grateful for them.

There are so many realtors and I interviewed more than 1 and then I found Toril Sells Homes. Lisa Hudson came to my home and I knew this company was going to represent us and work with us through the stressful sale of home. Lisa came prepared, she had current comps, she asked the right questions, she referred us to other professionals they worked with to take care of what needed attention. She had a plan for tge initial meeting and every step along the way. Toril sent emails every Friday with updates once we accepted offer. I was told our home would go live Friday mid-afternoon and we’d be accepting an offer the next week, Wednesday. She was right and we closed today.
