I had to buy a home in Rio Rancho sight unseen, as I could not make a house-hunting trip due to time constraints. I selected Torie Robinson of ReMax as my realtor, and gave her specifics on what I was looking for in a house. She sent me numerous listings of Rio Rancho homes for sale meeting my criteria, many of which were strong possibilities. One that I was very interested in sold on the day I was going to make an offer on it. Shortly thereafter, another one that looked good on paper became available, and I asked Torie to look it over. She promptly did so and called me with only favorable things to say about the home. Based on her advice, I made an offer on the house that very day and it was accepted by the seller. Buying a home sight unseen is always risky, but in this case I am very pleased with the house and the neighborhood, thanks to Torie's personal assessment of the property. Torie Robinson is an experienced, knowledgeable, and diligent realtor who is a pleasure to work with. She has excellent communication skills and will go the extra mile to ensure a favorable outcome for her clients. Unlike many realtors, it was apparent to me that customer satisfaction is more important to Torie than a big sales commission. I recommend her without reservation.
