The Best of the Best! Will Collins knocked on our summer-house door to ask if we were interested in selling. Great timing. Yes, we were interested in selling, and for various reasons did not want to use the services of the agent who helped us buy the house originally. Since our main residence is out of state, we were not in ABQ to handle the multitude of issues that arise when selling a house. Will took the reins and either performed the tasks himself or found qualified people to do them. In short, Will took total responsibility and let nothing fall through the cracks. In addition, because Will has had many years of experience in real estate sales, he knows the best people to call upon for services. For example, he recommended a real estate photographer whose photos showed our little house to its absolute best advantage. Great photos entice people to look see. In the time since we sold the summer house, my husband and I decided to move the Albuquerque full time and we were more than pleased to have Will represent us again in our search for a new house.
