From the first day we met Tori, we knew she was the one that was going to find us our house. We sold our house in John's Creek Ga in 1 day, so we had to find a house quickly. Tori made a list of some houses she thought we would like. After looking at a few homes, we decided we wanted a brand new home. So we started to go to We looked at several that were ok, but not exactly what we wanted. Then we came across a subdivision in Kathleen Ga. We looked at 2 houses that were nice, but lacking something. Then we pulled up infront of a house and we knew this was the one. We went inside, and that did it, we fell inlove immediately. It was an all brick ranch style home, with 4 bedrooms, formal dinningroom, beautiful kitchen and a large Greatroom with fireplace. There were 2 beautiful bathroom, large pantry and all large closets, especially the master, it was like another bedroom. It had a large and small linen closet, all new blinds and beautiful faux hardwood floors, double pane windows and beautiful ceilings in Greatroom and Master BR. Cabinets throughout were self closing. 2 car garage and a lovely porch in the rear of the house. it had so many bells and whistles, too numerous too mention. The landscape was perfect too. We told Tori to go for it. We went back to her office where she quickly and efficiently started the paperwork for our new home. She took care of everything so perfectly, she was so good at what she does, we just loved her. Mostly all was done long distance, but it worked out fine, lots of papers to sign, but all went smoothly. Tori was perfect In all she did. In a couple of weeks we set up a closing date. She was so friendly, yet very professional. We felt we had made a new friend. The closing went quickly and smoothly, with no problems. Now it was time to set up the moving company and get into our new house. Our experience with Tori was 5 stars.

Tori took our very unusual purchase requirements (mainly cost) and promptly set up an initial meeting. We traveled to Macon, GA arriving at about 2 PM locally. After going through the offerings that met our requirements we selected our house and helped us arrange financing. Most all the required paperwork was done by completing electronic documents. We closed in what I consider to be a short time (about a month). Through this all Tori was personable and responded quickly to our questions. A great agent.
