We needed to sell our 50 year old home in Newport Beach where we had lived for 25 years. After online research, we liked Tori’s stats. Luckily, we were then able to obtain a referral about her from our next door neighbor who had sold a house in our neighborhood, with Tori representing their buyers. She was very happy with Tori’s professionalism, so we decided to go with Tori. We never regretted that decision. Our house needed a lot of work, and rather than fix it up, we decided to move to a newer home and let someone else have the delight of remodel. We discussed with Tori our goals and how we wanted things to proceed with her. She did not share every phone call or detail about what she was working on; we didn’t want to know. We needed to focus on clearing out our house and moving. We did not want a developer to come in and build a mc mansion on the lot, which is happening a lot in our neighborhood. We wanted a family that would appreciate the character and value of our old home and neighborhood and would have the passion to remodel our home but keep the existing structure and neighborhood character. Tori not only got us top market dollar for our home, but also the type of family we were seeking. She filtered everyone else out for us!! We liked Tori’s work so much, that we found our new home on our own, and asked Tori to represent us to the sellers. So, Tori got a second escrow out of us!!! She was and is the best to deal with and we wish Tori great success with all of her future endeavors.

Tori was incredible to work with in the purchase of our home. She is highly knowledgeable, extremely honest, and very hard working. She was patient and encouraging during the entire process. She has the "inside scoop" of the housing inventory in our neighborhood and kept us aware of possible future listings. It is fair to say that if we had not had Tori as our realtor we would not have been in a position to buy our home. She is great, and I would definitely utilize her talent again if we buy again.
