My husband saw the listing on marketplace, he immediately called Tori and asked about it and we went to meet and look at the property that same day. She was very helpful with anything that we needed to know, we put an offer that day and she got with the owner immediately. We knew the offer was accepted within minutes and from there she got everything together with attorney and homeowner and we had a very smooth transaction.
