I was introduced to Torey after discovering my then Realtor had decided not to finish handling all her Short Sales. This was not confirmed to me until months after she had made her final decision. I met Torey and within a few weeks she had a buyer for my home. Two weeks prior to my closing Bank of America called me and told me they would modify my mortgage to the monthly amount I needed. When I recieved the paper work I called Torey asking her to review the fine print for me. Thankfully she stays current with all the changes occuring in the market place. She was able to decipher quickly that in 5 years I would have had to mandatory refinance and would be paying 25% more in principal. The bank had not disclosed this to me they had only discussed the lower monthly mortgage payment UNTIL after speaking with Torey I knew WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK. She has been a God Sent in my life and I am grateful. I would recommend her over any Realtor I know. I am still in touch with her today and my home sold 1 year ago. She helped me with my current home which I rent through her property management company. I trust her completely, she is not only honest, she truly cares about what she does and does what is BEST FOR HER CLIENT. When I do decide to buy a home again it will be through Torey this is no brainer for me.
