Fantastic experience!!!

I was moving from a different State, which made the decision more difficult. Toot made herself available when I was in town to show me the homes I was interested in. She was able to set them up at convenient times on the day I requested. When I decided on New Year's Eve that I wanted to make an offer, I texted her late in the afternoon. I heard from her within an hour, had requested documents that night, made the offer she suggested on New Year's Day which was accepted. Toot has been a partner with me in this purchase and has made it easy up through closing on my new home. I highly recommend her!
