Tonya was the listing agent on our house that just closed. What a great experience. It’s been a few years since we sold a house (and never in a crazy market like this) so we had lots of questions. She came prepared to every meeting, explained everything that would be happening in each phase of the process and frequently checked in on us to see how we were doing and what she could do to help us. She offered great advice on how to price our home appropriately to maximize profit. She also found us a rental house to move to after closing. I will be recommending her to everyone!
