If you are moving cross country to the Clarksville area, you absolutely MUST work with Tonya! She is well informed, professional and above all, she is patient. We are moving about 1200 miles to Clarksville and this is our first home. She walked us through the process, gave us video tours of the properties we were interested in and was 100% our advocate in the process. It didn’t start out smooth in the beginning and we fell in love with a home that failed inspection, we were heartbroken. Tonya went to work immediately and found us a better home, in a better area, at a better price. I don’t care if this sounds corny, Tonya got us our dream home! We are very grateful to have found her.
