I go onto say an encyclopedias worth of narrative about how wonderful this agent is; but, I won't take the readers time up with this. Tonya is a consummate professional and made a particularly difficult experience a honor to be her client for this property sell. She stays on top of everything imaginable to make the experience for this seller a positive one under pretty undesirable circumstances (involving dissolution of marriage). She remained positive, efficient and full of solutions to every conceivable scenario. She is an absolute pleasure to work with when is comes to buying / selling real estate. Period!

Very knowledgeable about the Jacksonville market. Ran sales data for the Isle of Palms Community and assisted us in making a decision in the asking price for our home. Also very helpful in assisting us in finding a new home. Very responsive in Returning calls or message.

We did not make it easy on Tonya as we probably saw 50 houses before settling on our current home. We definitely got the feeling she wanted what was best for us and she was always available to give me more information on a possible home, go see it, and even give her best advice. She also helped sell our home and was there for every single little step along the way. There were times where she would even entertain out toddler while we walked around checking out homes, which helped make Tonya a friend of ours rather than just our agent. We were very pleased.

Tonya was extremely on top of everything from the very beginning. We were in a rush to purchase a home as we were expecting our first child and currently lived in two separate homes. While in today’s market there is no such thing as a quick purchase, Tonya made sure to be available anytime we wanted to see a house. With in minutes we had a viewing time to any house we wanted to see. We went under contract on our first offer that was accepted and ran into a tough seller that wouldn’t budge off of their 30,000 dollars over appraisal value. This did not go through but we weren’t worried because we had Tonya and knew she had our backs. A day after the cancelled contract we landed an absolutely perfect townhome with a new construction builder. Again, with the market being so crazy even this was a challenge but again we didn’t worry because we had Tonya on it! She kept us updated every step of the way and was available with any questions or concerns we had. We were able to get into our home a month before the arrival of our baby girl. We have been loving our new home ever since. Thank you Tonya for being so on top of things and truly making our experience of buying our first home memorable.
