WOW...just WOW...Tonya is A-MAZ-ING!!! “Snap” and it was done! Words like Exceptional, Superb, Outstanding and Brilliant describe Tonya. Tonya called, she understood, she kicked butt and she conquered. We absolutely pinch ourselves because we crossed paths with not just a great real estate agent, but a great person. She puts her heart and soul into the task at hand. We would not have sold our house as fast as we did without the "little things" and the "little touches" Tonya provided. We simply couldn’t have done it without her…period! It was like magic! We were "pinging" about selling our house and in winter, not to mention the fact that we currently live in another state. To add to the misery we had renters in the house and they weren’t exactly cooperating with us, the property manager or Tonya. But she took the bull by the horns, fully put our minds at ease and just made things happen. She is totally honest with you on what needs to be done, don’t do, will do, ask for, etc. and will tell you like it is. We were never concerned about anything she was doing and we followed her advice since she knew best. We've bought and sold houses before this one and it was not this easy in any way…nor have we ever had such a wonderful, painless, easy experience when selling a home. Whatever I say here, just can't describe how wonderful she is and how grateful we are. We cringed when it came to choosing an agent…but my advice to those reading this is…don’t cringe, just go to Tonya and let her work her magic. Our end result was: Tonya listed the house, the FIRST people that looked at it on the FIRST DAY OF LISTING made a full price offer, and it was a done deal within a few days. It was all over but the usual details that come along with selling home. See?...SNAP!...And that is how it’s done Tonya style!

Tonya was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very detailed and always available to be reached. There were multiple times she was up working late nights to ensure we got into our dream home in our time frame. She was always so friendly and her personality is one that shines bright. She is passionate about what she does and it shows with her results! I would recommend her to any one of my friends or family or anyone else that is looking to buy or sell a house.
