My partner and I, focused primarily on listing and marketing foreclosure properties. Our largest contract was working with asset managers, Pemco & Ofori, listing Government owned HUD Homes. We also listed with smaller REO companies such as First Bank, BB&T, Bank of America, etc... We closed more than 125+ listings every single year earning us the prestigious Centurion Award 5 years in a row and listing me as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. This experience taught me many valuable skills that I use today as a exclusive listing agent to help my clients get their properties sold.

Some things can be taught, but some things have to be learned by experience. Negotiation is a skill that only experience can teach you. Marketing is another skill that working with REO properties taught me. The first house that we listed that had a odor you could smell before you even opened the door, yep, we sold it. The houses that had no floor covering, holes in the walls, missing appliances, stripped wiring, even the one where someone poured concrete down every drain in the house, yep, we sold all of those too! How? Marketing. Every property is unique. Knowing how to price and market a property so that you will attract the "Right" buyer is what will get any home sold, even the stinky ones.
