Called Tonya on a Friday evening and she was at my house Saturday morning discussing a plan to get the house market ready and strategy on how to sell. She gave us 21 days and a list of items to get the house ready and called periodically to check on progress and give updates as they were needed. Once the house was ready, Tonya set up an open house and we sold the house during that same weekend.
