When the COVID-19 virus struck, she was extremely optimistic and positive throughout the setback. We learned a lot together, but in the end, she clearly helped me get a fair price and meet my objective in a crazy housing market. She works for a company that has an attorney, so I felt comfortable that she would provided me good legal counsel throughtout the process. I met Tonya at an open house where she was acting as a buyer's agent. I didn't get that house, although she was great about keeping everyone that had made an offer on the house up to date and informed. Because she was so responsive, we decided to work with her further as we looked for another house. She showed us several similar houses, and was great about using them to discern what we really wanted in a house. When we found the house we wanted, she was just as good a counselor as she is a realtor (because this is a huge decision!) She has great contacts, listens well, is always on top of communication, even letting us know when she'd be out of contact for a class, etc. I had a great experience buying a house with Tonya, and I definitely recommend her!
