We worked with Tonya to buy our condo. She probed and listened to us to determine exactly what was suitable for us. There are so many options available it’s easy to become overwhelmed. Tonya steered us clear of buildings that were under capitalized, had significant deferred maintenance or large looming assessments. We worked together for about six months through a combination of in person visits and FaceTime showings. In the end a unit that ticked all our boxes came on the markets had it under contract within 24 hours and closed 3 weeks later. The communication from Tonya was spot on.
