I really enjoyed working with Tonya. My budget range made it hard for me to find a house in this seller's market, but she was willing to work with me. Not only did she not push me above my budget, but she encouraged me to be wise and not get caught up in the heat of the competition of bidding for a house and bid more than I could afford. Tonya is a student of her clients. She was learning along with me what I really wanted in a home and would even tell me when I was at times tempted to make an offer on a house I wasn't sold on "your face doesn't say you love this place". She is also competent, knowledgeable, and kind. It took a lot of looking, and making offers, and waiting, but we finally found a place I love and can afford! And for that I'm grateful.
