Great experience working with Tonya

Selling a home is always stressful, but I've worked with Tonya multiple times, and she takes the time and effort to make it as easy as possible. We got top dollar on our sales (we sold three homes with her). She never "over-promised" offers and was honest about whether we should meet the buyers' requests for repairs or whether we should hold. Since I was experiencing great upheaval in my life at the time for other personal reasons, her candor and her efforts were very appreciated.
