Tonya was recommended to me by another KW realtor who I used to buy a home and it paid off. In Tonya area she is one of the top agents and I can understand why. If you review her listings she uses a professional to take the photo's that are attached to the listing which are fantastic. Tonya worked with me and my wife on what items needed repaired, type of paint and other items to get house ready to show. I had an offer within 30 min of the listing going live which didn't pan out but after putting it back as available again had another offer within 2 days which also didn't go though but after 3rd offer I was able to close on the house in 30 days. During all 3 offer processes Tonya was there for me to get the best deal which I was able to get list price for my house on all 3 offers. Over my life time I have sold and bought several homes and Tonya by far was the best realtor I have worked with.

We were first time buyers, and Tonya was so patient with us the whole time. She answered all of our questions, went above and beyond, and when another offer was put on the home we wanted, she explained our options and championed for us and we ended up with the house. She was so encouraging, helpful, and knowledgeable about the whole process, we knew we were in good hands. If and when we make another home purchase, we will absolutely be using Tonya again.

I work for the Army and was coming back stateside. Tonya started to help me in the process even before I was in country.
