Ms. Tonya Alexander was phenomenal for me and my family !!! I thank God for Tonya !!! My family and I moved from out-of-state and that's stressful in and of itself. Tonya is a hard working realtor who is experienced and very efficient. She was constantly sending me homes to review and promptly submitted our application. I want to heap praise on Tonya at six twelve realty..I recently closed on a condo thru six twelve and Tonya was with me all the way thru to the close..the trip was made more difficult because I was in the midwest and the condo is in Florida...tonya walked me thru the procedures and made the whole process smooth..she also dealt with another person in the mix that was very high maintenance..I commend her for tolerating this difficult person..I'd certainly recommend Tonya to anyone looking for real estate in and around the Miami area..
