My experience with Tony was organized, speedy and understanding. He made sure that everything was taken care of from the open house to the inspections and bringing the townhouse up to code. He negotiated a good deal for me and we had 5 offers the first day. He made sure there was a 'rent back' possibility since I had no where to move too. All of this made the sale and easy experience.
