Tony helped us purchase a home in the highly competitive Pasadena market. Our criteria was incredibly specific, in that it needed to be a specific type of home, in an area that encompasses about 8 by 9 blocks within Pasadena. What most realtors in the area found difficult to do, Tony managed to accomplish within a few short months and helped us buy the property we really wanted. We did work with other realtors before meeting Tony. Those same realtors failed and continued to push just any property that became available in and out of the area we were looking for, but Tony was meticulous in his search and only showed us the properties that met our specific requirements. He is patient and knowledgeable of the area we were looking, and constantly provided feedback regarding the properties we visited. We began to trust his advice as he, without filter, told us the positives and negatives of certain properties.
