Tony made sure to not push just any property and went above and beyond to evaluate homes and point out any feature of a home that might not serve me well later on. He never put pressure to try and make the sale and be done with it, but at the same time made sure that I knew the reality of how competitive the offers would be and how soon I needed to act to have the best chance of winning. He always took the time to explain and re-explain many things that I didn't know about buying homes and pointed out many things that I should look for. As the search went on and as I learned about the current state of the market my search criteria changed and Tony was quick to adapt the homes that appeared in the search portal in response. He was always quick to reply to questions and comments and had backup options for me to communicate with if he was away so there was seldom a time that I didn't get help on time when it was needed. After making offers on multiple homes where we were up against very competitive offers, we were finally able to close on a very nice home that both fit into my budget and exceeded my expectations in terms of features.
