Tony Sayad

We met Tony Sayad in 2012 when we were looking to buy a home in San Jose. He found us our dream home and literally nurtured the offer daily until the seller accepted. At the time, the real estate market had started to reinvigorate and every time we found a home that we wanted, we had to compete with all cash offers and offers of at least $50K over asking price. The fact that he got the seller accepted our slightly below the asking price offer was simply unbelievable. Tony had us working with a mortgage broker who were extremely knowledgeable and closed escrow right on time. We lived five very happy years at this home until my husband retired from teaching high school this past summer, June 2017. We knew that we’d only want to work with Tony to put our house on the market. It took no time at all for Tony to prep the house and listed it. He used a very talented real estate photographer to take pictures and created the most beautiful virtual tour for the listing. After only one open house weekend, we were presented with half a dozen offers, all of which were over asking price. We accepted an offer at $100K over asking price and closed escrow in 30 days. Once again, Tony was always on top of every single aspect of the escrow process. His extensive knowledge of real estate transactions and excellent existing working relationship with the escrow company made the whole process seamless and stress free. I wanted to write this review about Tony, I was in a situation that I gave up hope in selling my house, but god send me Tony. He was there for me every step of the way and got me a great deal. I was unable to sleep every night and when I spoke to Tony he said to me I will ask you to do one thing for me and it is to put your head on the pillow and sleep I promise you I will sell your house with the highest $ value, and with continues negotiation indeed he did and it was such a smooth process. I would recommend Tony to any of my family and friends because I trust him with my life.

Working with Tony Sayad at Elan Group exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer in California, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best people to involve. Right away Tony was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Tony was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our condo and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting.
