We reached out to Tony when we were considering buying an investment property that will be occupied our college student son and two other renters. Tony was quick to understand the situation and the needs we were trying to meet. He was mindful of the costs that might come along with purchasing a "fixer upper", as well as our desire to acquire a property in a good location for appreciation over the next 3-5 years. Tony always made himself available via text and phone. He was quick to reply and get us in to see properties that were new to the market.
