Tony was a employee of ours at our restaurant. We decided to reach it out to him to be our realtor. We already had found a house. We called him super late one night and he had access to the house the next morning. He was excellent before and during our home purchase. Our transaction wasn’t the easiest to say the least, but he hung in there and learned a lot in the process. We were leaving for a trip out of state and he made sure everything was covered. He even met the movers at our new home to let them in while we were out of town. It’s the little things he did. Great job and will use him again and sending referrals.
My fiancé and I came in to a situation were we needed to find a home as soon as possible, and we had 6 weeks to close and move in. We knew we had to be flexible, but we still had priorities for specific amenities. Tony was so responsive and knowledgeable about the area and the whole process. After talking to him, he found several houses that met our wants and needs and he found them fast! He set up walk throughs for 6 houses in one afternoon just so that I could take care of this in one day. That same day we were able bid on a house, which met all of our needs and more. Today, we are officially moved in and know we have found our home. Tony worked endlessly, creating a professional, peaceful buying process.
