Tony found our dream house. We were under pressure to find a place as our lease was ending. We explained to Tony what each of us was looking for in a dream house.Every house Tony showed us, he mentioned two or three things from our list that the house met. When we strayed from our own requirements for expedience, Tony reminded us that the house was lacking important qualities that we had told him we wanted. When Tony added our house to the list, we didn't like it and didn't want to go see it. Tony was persistent and asked us to just look at it. You know all those houses you see listed online that look great and then you see it and hate it? This house was the opposite. Online, it had no character. The photos didn't do it justice. But in person, it was all we wanted and more. Tony had listened to all our concerns. He had done the math regarding our commute, proximity to neighbors, and he even pointed out the negatives that we'd have to consider. Initially we eliminated it. But it became the standard that we held other houses to. Eventually we realized it was the one. Tony helped us in every phase - inspections, negotiations. He listened to us from the beginning and always tried to show us houses that he had already evaluated according to our requirements. I do not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone that is looking to buy a home.
