This is the second time Tony has helped us buy a home- the first time he has helped us sell a home. Back in 2008, we were buying our very first home as couple while pregnant with our only child. Tony was actually covering for a vacationing colleague and we were so impressed by his dedication and the thoroughness of each home showing that we actually requested that he take over our services. We then connected him to my mother and he helped her move from Georgia to Richmond in summer of 2018 while my father was dying. When we found the house of our dreams this February, we reached out to Tony and within minutes, he responded and was on it. He helped us get our home almost fully renovated in order to sell it- in literally 2 weeks- and then helped us negotiate the price on our new “forever” home. Tony is the most honest, thorough, kind, patient, and detail-oriented person you could ever hope to have representing you on either side of the deal as seller or buyer. He was reassuring, validating, respectful, and fought for what we wanted even when it might have been something he didn’t fully agree with at the time. We will truly never use anyone but Tony for our real estate needs. We have the utmost faith in his loyalty and concern for what is best for us. I cannot recommend him enough!
