Tony would respond within reasonable time frames to questions that I had surrounding the sale, timing of various parts, documents, and suggestions for numbers and negotiation ideas. The land sale seemed pretty straightforward to me, but from what I understand simple land tends to be harder to sell than land with an established house, so I can say having it under contract within a couple of months is definitely a stress reliever; I can thank Tony and his team for making the MLS and Zillow postings attractive, and for being on my side when it came to making sure property walks were doable for interested parties.
