Tony never disappoints!!

This is not the first time I’ve worked with Tony on a property sale. Last year, he sold a home that was dear to my mother. She and my late father had this as a retirement project. Tony is very fair and takes the time to let you know what changes need to be made to help with the sale that will benefit the client better . Tony sold a 4 acre land lot of mine this Spring, The land sold quickly and then we started working on a punch-list for my home to make it ready for a new owner. We had to adjust the price a few times as the market was changing. Tony always kept me up-to-date with comparables and didn’t push any price change, but would give me suggestions. I heavily leaned on his expertise and I was absolutely not disappointed as anyone who works with him will find out!
