I was working with another agent when I found a HUD foreclosure I wanted to bid on — but she wasn't a registered HUD broker. She reached out to Tony and he agreed to take me on last minute so I wouldn't miss the bidding window. From there, he helped me craft an offer that was realistic for what HUD would actually accept. When HUD countered and opened bidding to investors, he helped me think through my options and come up with a second offer competitive enough that they accepted.
