Tony was super friendly and easy to talk to. Setting up appointments to see houses with him was a cinch. He was able to point out red flags with the condition of a house. He was patient and never pushed us into anything that didn't feel right. We could tell he has plenty of experience and knows the market very well. When we went through escrow, he clearly explained everything, was responsive to our questions, and helped calm our nerves. He made an experience that can feel overwhelming at times much more manageable. We knew we could trust his advice, and it all worked out great. Thanks to him, we now own our very first home! We would definitely use him again.

Tony Ma is a fantastic realtor! My sister and I have been looking for a home to purchase together for two years now. Prior to actively looking, we were told by many of our friends and family to make sure to get a good realtor, and now we truly understand why. Tony is extremely knowledgeable not only about the market and trends, but also the things that most homebuyers (experienced or not) really want to know. He quickly understood what we wanted in a home in terms of location, specs, and budget. He found listings that he knew we’d be interested in, and took the time to show us so many of them in person, even during this seemingly never-ending pandemic. At times, when we knew certain homes were not going to be good fits, he still was happy to take us to them so we could really see all the nuances and learn what to check for ourselves. Though we were outbid multiple times despite aggressive offers, he was always so positive and as a result, we never really felt discouraged. He knew we would find the right home eventually, and was happy to be on this journey with us no matter how long it took. It was our first time buying, and we were totally unfamiliar with all the forms, reports, and paperwork needed. He explained everything in ways that we could easily understand and walked us through all of the most complicated steps. We had complete trust in him and were 100% comfortable with signing off on everything. Yes, the thought of buying a new home is exciting, but the process itself is riddled with surprises, challenges, frustration, and sometimes disappointment beyond control. With Tony as our realtor, the homebuying process was so easy and pleasant. We are super excited to say that we are officially proud homeowners thanks to him, and are forever grateful.
