I first came in contact with Tony sometime in late October, 2019. At that time, I was contemplating selling my house, but was still a bit ambivalent. On the one hand, I was traveling back and forth to Florida (very costly) to provide assistance to my mom, and on the other hand, I wasn't sure how much my house would sell for. Tony was very patient and guided me through my decision making process. One of Tony's many attributes is guiding, versus pushing. I do not work well with pushy people. I then made the decision to pause, and get through the holidays. In the meantime, Tony would send articles about the local housing market, along with helpful house enhancement tips. Tony and I then restarted conversing again in January. I was very impressed with how Tony distinguished himself from other real estate agents, along with his knowledge of the housing market. He didn't just state his opinion, but was able to show factual statistics and data that supported his opinions. In our personal conversations, Tony struck me as being a good husband, father, and active in the community. That gave me a window into his character, which is also important to me.
After weighing all the pros and cons, I then decided to put my house on the market. The photographer took pictures, and the house was going to be listed on a Thursday morning. I was ready, prepared and excited. The weekend prior to that Thursday, I received a call from Tony asking if I would mind if he showed my house to a prospective buyer. Mind you, this was before the house was scheduled to be listed on the following Thursday. After showing the house, Tony called me that Monday or Tuesday, informing me that the buyer had made an offer. It took me less than a minute to except. The closing is scheduled in a week, and I have been extremely fortunate and satisfied with the entire house selling process. In my mind, Tony and his team have been very instrumental in making this happen!
