Mr. Laughter helped us to find and purchase the home of our dreams in the beautiful Lake Toxaway area. His assistance in the initial review of the home and throughout the process of purchasing the home was excellent and his personal knowledge of the real estate market was instrumental in us acquiring the home at a very fair market value. He was always available to answer our questions or concerns and was very timely in responding to our needs or to answer our questions. He was right there to see that all the paperwork was completed in time and ready for each step of the purchasing and final closing of the home purchase. If we were to sell or purchase a home again, we would call Mr. Laughter immediately because of his knowledge of the real estate market, true market value of homes and for his "can do" attitude in seeing that his clients are well prepared and professionally cared for during the entire process.
