Tony Jenkins

Tony did an excellent job! Good local knowledge, location/neighborhood expertise, did a great job negotiating the final price and saved me a lot of money in the end! Also very knowledgable about houses and construction of houses! Will refer to friends/family/neighbors in the future!

Tony did a great job helping my wife and I find what we wanted/needed in our price range for our growing family. He was a true advocate when it came to finalizing on the purchase of the house. If you need a realtor he is a great choice!

We used Tony to help sell my mother in law’s condo as she had moved into assisted living. Tony was the ultimate professional before, during, and aftebbr the sale. Besides the normal stuff you’d expect from an agent acting on your behalf he went out of his to connect with my mom-in- law. He would regularly call her and travel to the nursing home. He also helped us figure out how to approach the property through what was best for her. We had multiple offers the first day and he navigated through real from make believe. After closing he went personally to check in on her. She passed a few months later but she often spoke about how nice Tony was. His behavior and character brought a smile to an old woman when she needed it. That is priceless.

Tony was very knowledgeable on the whole process. As a first time home buyer, his expertise on what to look for, helped me to be confident after looking at many houses on and off for a while. He has good taste and instincts on for finding the type of houses that I was hoping to look for. Tony has plenty of insight on localities of the Cincinnati area that helped me determine where I should be purchasing since I am not originally from the Cincinnati area. He also made the closing process as painless as possible and very quick. If you are looking to buy a house large or small, new or old, renovation or move-in ready Tony is your guy.

Tony was great and worked to find the perfect house for me. He also has some contractor experience so he knows what to look for that would indicate water damage, malfunction, or potential structural problems. We looked at a lot of houses and he was very patient and worked to get me the best deal when I finally found what I was looking for.
