Buying a house is stressful under the best conditions but buying a house together with your adult child when they live out of town and you live out of state seemed almost impossible especially in a fast moving sellers market! After searching for a home for 4 months from Oregon to Washington we were lucky enough to be referred to Tony. Tony made himself available almost 24/7 to both my daughter and myself. Immediately responding to the many texts and calls from both my daughter and myself, always explaining and reassuring us. He was always pleasant and even under extenuating circumstances had a positive, can-do attitude. As a mother, I appreciated Tony's knowledge of the area, only showing my daughter houses in areas he felt safe for a single woman. When our first house fell through due to a bad home inspection he immediately lined up houses for my daughter to see while she was still in town. When we made an offer on another house he was there for the inspection since neither my daughter or I could be there, and kept us updated on the timeline of all that needed to be done. Since our house had to be closed in 30 days he was in constant contact with the bank and escrow company to be sure everything could close on time. I can honestly say Tony made what seemed to be an impossible situation, doable and bearable. My daughter and I were extremely happy to have had Tony as our Realtor!
