Tony earned my respect not only with his professionalism, but with his appreciation of the community, and his support of me as a first time seller. I am not not easily pleased, especially by real estate agents, but Tony's expertise cannot be overstated. His pricing of my home was exactly right, and in negotiating the terms of the sale, every recommendation he offered proved to be exactly the right one. Tony was very gracious, and patient with me, and offered his opinions honestly, and explained things that I did not understand clearly. He kept me informed, and encouraged me with information. I feel Tony worked on my behalf...entirely, but fairly dealt with the buyers. For me, the type of person with whom I choose to do business is very important. Tony is an active participate in his community. He is active in youth programs, in education for not only the young, but the elderly, and in the betterment of the communities in which he does business. I suggest that anyone wishing to buy or sell a home talk with Tony before signing a contract with any agent. If you want a quality professional, a quality person representing your interests...you will have a tough time finding someone better.

Tony has been very helpful and is quick to communicate with us when we purchased an investment property recently. We appreciate working with him because he was able to negotiate and get a win win for both parties. For example, Tony continued to keep us in the loop with regards to the property after it was on the market for some time.
