I have been selling real estate since 1970. My first experience was with a builder is Michigan. Although I joined ('70) I joined Federal Mogul in Southfield Mi. as a Sales Engineer and spent the next 20 yrs. with that company. I continued to sell real estate on a part-time basis while working with Federal Mogul. When Federal Mogul went out of business ('2001) I moved to Fl and bought a small business that my wife and I ran. In 2003, I went back into real estate and sold with an ERA franchise in Lakeland, FL and eventually went back to selling new homes with Adams Homes. I met a small developer in Winter Haven Fl in 2007 who asked me to join the company as Sales Manager ( handled advertising & promoting the two subdivisions where he was building homes...then came 2008 and the real estate world stopped turning. I went back to running the family business until 2014. I went back into real estate sales again with Menu Realty ( South Daytona Beach). Then in 2019, My wife wanted to return to where her family was in Iowa; so we relocated to the Ottumwa area in 2020. I was relicensed again and now sell with Re/Max Pride in the Ottumwa and surrounding area.
