Tony was very clear and concise with explaining all the sections of the purchase agreement.
We appreciated Tony’s knowledge and explanation of what steps were included in purchasing a lot. He was very knowledgeable about the Baycrest association, as well as what would be expected of us. At closing he made sure we understood all the expenses as well as what to watch out for fraud and scam calls. We appreciated his attention to detail in the entire process of purchasing property to closing on property.
