It had been quite a while since I had bought a home. Tony helped me through the process, took care of everything related to viewing properties and making offers. Then once I had an accepted offer Tony recommended multiple inspectors when I asked, suggested various options on how to deal with the inspection results, and verified the repairs were completed as agreed to by the seller and provided me with the paperwork. It is a tough market for a buyer right now but Tony helped me through it and I now have a home I think I will be very happy in, which is the goal.
