This was my first home sale and I was a Nervous Nelly. I first interviewed local in Nuevo and was told all the negatives and obstacles about my property. Tonja, Alicia, Lisa & team all played a big role in making, selling our first home a great overall experience. Very good support staff. Excellent response time. Focus area for improvement should include better grammar, punctuation and spelling via text. Clarification was needed and caused delays trying to interpret her text messages. She did however have proactive communication in keeping us informed through the escrow process. Great references where provided for additional services like cleaning and carpet services.
