This was my first home sale and I was a Nervous Nelly. I first interviewed local in Nuevo and was told all the negatives and obstacles about my property. Upon a friend recommendation I interviewed Tonja. From the get go, she was positive and upbeat and told me she could sell my house for almost $150,000 more than what a local agent had told me. My home sold in less than a month at asking with no termite inspection and free 30 day rent buy back. All the time Tonja had to keep pushing me to see the value she saw instead of doubting and I'm so glad I followed her lead. You want experience and knowledge during this weird crazy real estate market and Tonja has an abundance of both. Tonja has a great team too including Lisa who is always on top of her game. Tonja, Alicia, Lisa & team all played a big role in making, selling our first home a great overall experience. The Information provided to us with every little detail, play by play, was always clear and precise. Her team moved very quickly and was on top of everything. I ask alot of questions and never felt like i was in the dark with any part of our sales transaction. They did what they said they were going to do, and was not pushy to get us do something we were unsure about. Tonja is a pit bill, no doubt, we had a great deal of confidence that deals we made would protect not out our pocket book but over all the transaction and the protection of our home with COVID-19. We had 100% confidence in selling our home with the team! We sold our home VERY quickly and got more in our bank that we thought. We also heard very positive feedback from the buyers agent how quickly Tonja responded during every part of the sale. We are 30 days out from buying our new home with Tonja and we have complete confidence she will take care of us with that as well. Very good support staff. Excellent response time. Focus area for improvement should include better grammar, punctuation and spelling via text. Clarification was needed and caused delays trying to interpret her text messages. She did however have proactive communication in keeping us informed through the escrow process. Great references where provided for additional services like cleaning and carpet services.
