This transaction was a little more difficult than normal since my father is not very tech savvy and I was not in the same State. Tonie was extremely helpful in helping him understand the process and always kept me informed on what was going on. Since we were not very familiar with the area, Tonie's expertise and knowledge made us comfortable and confident with our purchase. Also the fact that she is bilingual helped my dad understand everything so much more. I have previous experience in the title industry and have worked with a lot of realtors and Tonie truly is top notch!
