We have purchased two houses with Tonie and both experiences have been wonderful. The second home, which we purchased during the pandemic, was not a smooth experience because of the lack of assessors and the sellers were in a rush to sell. The whole process took more than a month but Tonie was patient, communicative, understanding and made us feel confident throughout the whole deal. I can't say enough great things about her. She is professional, kind, responsive, and has your interests in mind unlike other agents who think only about their commission and nothing else.
