We had a great experience searching for our home with Tonia. Tonia provided us with access to online listings with the ability to be notified as each new listing was posted. She was always very responsive or would let us know if there was something in her schedule that might hinder her responsiveness. We would send Tonia the listings we were interested in seeing with 2 days notice and she worked hard to arrange viewings in a timely and orderly fashion so that it was efficient. She always came with the info sheet for each property and encouraged us to take notes at each to help us remember as we reviewed later. There were two properties that we were especially eager to see and Tonia arranged viewings for the same or next day. She was great in the offer and contract process as well. She provided insight on what to ask for or omit to negotiate and would give us her opinion, but never swayed us in any direction. We would absolutely recommend Tonia.
