She was extremely gracious and helpful throughout my search as well and gave me some great advice about things to avoid which I really appreciated as I was moving into a totally new area I didn't know much about.
Tonia is my new 'go to agent'! I called off of Tonia's sign on this listing and wasn't committed to any agent so I did some Q&A with her to see if I felt comfortable with her representing me along with the seller. My questions were challenging and I had a lot of concerns due to the state of the home and what sold me on Tonia was that she listened and was honest. If she couldn't answer a question she told me that and said she will do some research and she would always call me back in a very short time frame. Everytime that I called Tonia she answered and I called her a lot she never left me hanging and she performed this way during the entire 45 day escrow. We have had the opportunity to work with Tonia twice in the past two years. When looking for our home in West Hills in 2016, Tonia always made herself available to take us to the dozens of homes we wanted to see. Once we found a house and went into escrow, she helped guide us through the process, and was very knowledgable and patient with all the questions and concerns we had. A year and a half later, we called Tonia again to help us sell the house, as we needed to move out of state for job relocation. She moved quickly to help us get it on the market, and facilitated the entire sale process. Since we had already moved out of state, Tonia was always there to make sure the sale went smoothly, coordinating multiple open houses and showings. Once we went into escrow she coordinated with the buyer for all inspections, appraisals, contractors, and anything else that needed to be attended to. It took a lot of stress off of us knowing that Tonia was there when we couldn't be, to take care of everything. Tonia was amazing to work with, and we highly recommend working with her.
