Extremely thorough and detailed. Has plans an advice on obstacles you face. I used her as a sellers agent, and when contracts fell through, she had it back on the market immediately, getting us another contract in less then a week. She is an outstanding communicator. I will use her talents again if I need to sell
Toni had a viable offer on my home 6 days after listing. This was after 6 months with a different agency/ agent. I was out of town during the closing period. Any running around, or follow up on issues she did for me, cheerfully. After closing she took me on some final errands I needed before I could leave town. Toni is very enthusiastic about what she does & easy to work with.
