Toni helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Even though the homes we were looking at were about an hour away from where she’s located she was always available and accommodating to our schedules. We were very picky when it came to finding a home we liked but Toni was there at every single house we wanted to see. She even anticipated our needs before we did. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She was even crawling into crawl spaces for us - places we wouldn’t know to look to check for water and mold damage.
